We have registered members who are willing to try out new brands/products in exchange for their opinions. For our members, there are no prices associated to the products; hence their buying decisions are based on relevance rather than affordability.
BuzzSoc members choose up to 5 life-sized products from a variety of categorized products to take away and try. Once tested, members fill out mandatory surveys which have been custom created by the companies to capture consumer product experience. These surveys provide crucial feedback that helps brands to revitalize established products and improve or fine-tune new launches for the mass market. Furthermore, BuzzSoc’s bespoke survey software provides detailed analysis of the campaign in terms of participants’ demographic and geographic information.
Due to this product interaction and survey exercise, consumers develop affinity towards the brands and products that they have tested as they feel that their opinion matters.
